Where does this connector go?

I replaced my upper and lower intake manifold gaskets because of a coolant leak and while I was putting it back together, I noticed a connector that I have no idea where it goes. I took pictures before I started and it appears the connector wasn't connected. The best way I can describe it i by saying that it splits from the cable harnass that runs under the hole that the acoustic cover slides into. This connector branches off from that harness before it meets the larger harnes were the pos. battery cable for the alternator comes out of. In the photo, it is the black and blue connector in the top right of the photo, just to the right of the power steering cap. Thanks in advance.

I think it's for some sort of secondary air injection system. It's a California emissions option. If you don't have the option the plug just hangs there.
