Wheel Wells

Let me start by saying yes, this should probably have been posted in "Detailing Tips and Tricks" but I figured I'd go unnoticed.

Anyway, I have a weird issue. There's some sort of crap stuck on the insides of my wheel wells, only on the driver side of the car, and it won't come off. At first I figured it was dirt or something but after power washing, and scrubbing with a wheel/tire brush and degreasing spray, it just won't come off. If I use my fingernail I can pick them off with a decent amount of force, but I'd rather not pick off hundreds of speckles(?) for hours.

That being said, can anyone recommend a good product I can use on em'?

Thanks.

But road paint is tough stuff, so you probably wont be able to cut it chemically without something that will also damage your paint.

just remove the wheel and spray some black spray paint over it! good as new! probably your easiest solution as well cuz road paint will be hard to get off.
