yeah, let's all sign a piece of paper and make believe that it will help lower gas prices. how dumb can this country possibly get?
 
Or lets all complain about the high price of fuel and do nothing. The signing of this doesn't mean oil prices will go down, it just means the american public wants the U.S. to drill more heavily in our own territory.

Did you know the U.S. was the biggest oil EXPORTER in the world up until the 1950's. If the U.S. is actually serious about pumping more oil, this illusion can actually have a positive impact, as the OPEC nations might possibly increase oil supply as well as the oil speculators might actually stop artificially inflating the value of a barrel of oil.
