Like the title says. I'm looking to get me a set of Doug Thorley headers for the GXP. Now I see they can still be found on the DT website for around $960. I'm not paying that for a set of headers. & lMPerformance offers them for $689. Are there any other sites selling these headers at a btr price? (Assuming they aren't knockoffs that is)
 


Call them. They sell for 600shipped all day.obx go for 500 and people aren't having issues either. Why did you buy the Zzp down pipe?
 
I think I will give them a call after I make sure the tranny is still running great. No point blowing money on headers if it is. As for why I bought the zzp dp? Because your dp is the only hogan dp I've found available. But, it isn't complete.
 
Thanks for reminding me about a tranny cooler though. I may try and get one here in the next few weeks. :)
 


Really? I thought the headers stopped right after the y-pipe. That's the whole reason I got a DP before getting headers. Cuz the DP is from the y-pipe to the cat. Ja?
 
Notice right before the flex section in my exhaust is where the Doug thorleys end. Ordering the down pipe would make you have to chop half of it off to get it welded on.if I were you I'd get a new pipe welded in to your cat for about 20-30 in labor. The only thing is driving to the muffler shop to get them put on.
 
Shucks I probably wasted money on a DP. Ih we'll. It's all good since there's no telling when I will be able get headers. BTW, Your GXP is pretty awesome.
 


Danny at Sparktec Motorsports is where I got my OBX headers from for my TrailSS. If you email them, I believe he's doing OBX headers for $475 shipped for the LS4s.
