What's causing vibration and leak right side?

Just had brand new tires mounted and balanced on an '01 GTP. There's a vibration that I thought was tires, so put new balanced Yokohamas on...Still a vibration there, though not as bad. Just installed new GM axles and wheel bearings a month ago; so I'm counting that out. Feels like it's coming from the transmission, even though it shifts smooth....

Along with this, Tranny is also leaking fluid- about a quart every 1000 miles- I think it's leaking out of the right side housing because the pulleys and belt under the hood on that side are getting wet.
Any ideas? :confused:
