What would be a fair price..

for a 1997 Grand Prix GTP, 2 door, every option minus the bose stereo and sun roof. The reason I'm asking is my brothers gf is looking at selling hers and buying new. The car has a little over 200,000 miles on it. Runs good, tranny shifts smooth. Interior is decent, just needs cleaned up. The maintenance has always been done on time, and repairs were always made. Her parents were pretty good about always getting it to the dealer to get everything fixed.

She now wanting to get a new vehicle cause she isn't liking the GTP anymore. She hasnt mentioned a price yet cause she is sure when she is wanting to sell, but what do you guys think would be a fair price?

The body if far from perfect. Scratches and such, but no major body damage, meaning no dents, or things like that. There is a few door dings.
