What voltage should I see at the fuel pump? (2000 GTP)

I can't seem to find this info anywhere.

I just replaced a pump, and was fine for 2 weeks, now back to no start. 1.7v seems far too low. Seems to prime just fine.

Bypassed resistor, no change.

Time to see why you're not getting full voltage, should only be .3v-.5v less than what it's at the battery. Try putting the negative on a known good ground then see the voltage. If it's a lot better the ground is bad.

I also read that an open circuit can also cause the fuel gauge to peg at 100% full also.

Perhaps I did not need a fuel pump, but can't hurt at 99k miles.
