What to get ported/polished?

Hello, I'm currently building my old 2000 GTP engine and trans and I bought a Gen V supercharger for the swap. Well when I bought this s/c the inlet was ported and the outlet had a light port to it. Long story short, the outlet got some oil in it. I'm going to get the whole S/C cleaned again and also finish the inlet and outlet porting/polish. While I'm getting that done what else should I get ported and maybe pull a package deal with everything getting done? Throttle body/adapter plate, heads?
