What to do when this happens?

Hey, im in a little bit of a pickle... just this friday i was in a car accident where i ran into the back of another vehicle. The airbags went off shot into the windsheild and broke that, and the front end is a little smashed up but not to bad. Everything else in the car is just fine, no problems with the motor or drive or anything else. Im 17 and on my parents insurance unfortinaly we only had liability on it so my car isnt covered at all. It would be to much to try and repair it because of the airbag situation...... so im not sure what to do with the car, any ideas? I was thinking about parting it out but im not sure how to go about doing that..

parting out is fairly simple. List all your good and profitable parts on here craigslist and any other forums and start selling
The air bag thing sucks but they arent that hard to change out and some pick n pulls even have them in the cars

Sensors need to be swaped out and conectors all in all its not that bad if you went slow and could read a wire diagram .

Or just list the whole car as is for 500 more then what you really want and let them talk you down

Situation sucks dude Ive been there... Ended up rebuilding what i could and selling it at what i needed for it

Yeah it sucks way bad man.. im not sure what to do i don't know if its worth trying to fix the airbags, im pretty good with wiring but i don't know if i want to ha. Do you think i would get more by parting it out or selling it as a whole?

parting it out is going to net you a lot more work than you think for the money youre going to make from it. youll make more money selling the car whole.
