What pulley to start off with?

Got the car sitting right now, waiting to put in siemens deka 60lb injectors, and this aem e85 fuel pump. Currently have a zzp catted dp and a k&n cai installed. But my question is what is a good pulley to start off with these mods? I've heard a couple people tell me I would be good running with a 2.8 pulley, which is kind of hard to believe, I am located in Wisconsin so I dont know if that has anything to do with it. Ultimately my goal is 350whp, just below TEP's maximum wheel hp/trq for this transmission. Would a 3.2 pulley be a good start for this set up? I use a obd bluetooth dongle and obd fusion on an iphone to scan for kr. Will also have a ZZP tune for it for now, until I can find a good deal on HPTuners.
EDIT: This is for an 02 GTP, Gen 3 M90, plan on on a Gen 5 later down the road, another question, once I do install a gen v I need to go up 2 pulley sizes from the one on the gen 3?

i know a guy who ran a 2.55 on a gen 5 on corn with a fsic and headers. 21 degrees wot timing too. he had the ic already and just kept it. no idea how much it helped.

3.0 would be a pretty safe place to start out. gen 5 later should not matter once on corn.

No HPT, then I wouldn't drop pulleys. That's just me. And prepare to buy a set of pulleys to play with, don't get hung up on this or that size, it's all about dialing it in. Max HP/Timing are different in every engine/set up. Lol'd @ 2.8... Would be a nice show (short lived).

I would buy HP Tuners first and would build up a collection of supercharger pulleys. start at 3.2 maybe. E85 isn't the end all be all mod some say it is. it does work, and maybe my car is the exception, but I couldn't go smaller than 3.0 ish until I added water/methanol and I have an XP cam already.
