what kind of headlights(housings) should i get?

i am looking to get some new headlights (complete new housings) soon. should i just get factory replacements? or should i get some that a little more stylish? what has worked best for you guys? possibly thinking HIDs, but not positive yet.....
 


There are several to choose from. There's the chome housing with claer corners, black housing with either clear or amber corners, you have the chrome or black housing projector. I have seen quite a few with the black housing and clear corners that look really good. Heard alot of people say that they don't like the projectors because the bounce alot. You can find all these on ebay for pretty good prices. Really it's algoing to be what look you want. Me personally like the ones with the black housings because when off, they look like they have covers on them.
 
Projectors aren't bad if you know what you're getting into before you buy them. The bounce can be fixed. About the only problem that can't be fixed is the aim. The projectors will point inward more than they should, but even still the light output is better than stock headlights (even with halogen bulbs).
