what is this part called

hey what is the part called that adjusts the toe for the rear suspension. i have a 97 grand prix SE 3.1. I went to get it aligned today and they couldnt break the jam nut loose (rusted up) to align the driver side rear tire and i am going to replace it. it kinda looks like the tie rod for the front suspension

lateral arm, take it some where else, you can get any of them loose pretty much with a torch.
