Hello Everyone,

I have this connector close to the alternator unconnected, I dont know where this one goes. Alternator and o2 sensor runs fine. Can any one please tell what this connector for?

I'm gona go with the purge solenoid it's in that area. My car is outside now and it's to cold for me to go look lol

im pretty sure the 2nd gen W cars have a red evap/purge solenoid connector body

04+ are near the brake booster though.

one side of the connector tip will have a shallow V notch for the lignment "key" into the solenoid
