INFORMATION What is the best way to clean my rims?

I have the stock "Alcoa Forged" rims on my 2006 GP GXP.

They have very rusty, red, brake dust imbedded on the inside behind the spokes. How do I clean that off?
Should I take them off and hit them from behind with a solvent?
Or should I invest in one of theose balls you attach to your drill.

Will a detail shop do a good job?
What should i pay for that level of detailing

Is it worth the trouble?
Does that part of the wheel get as shiny as the outside?

Thanks in Advance for any advice.

Can you post a pic i can tell you what would be best i have detailed cars for a living.I basically need to know if they are smooth like polished or just cast but a pic would help a lot .

have you tried spraying a wheel cleaner on them and wiping them off with paper towels or a microfiber towel (don't plan on using it for anything else if you use it for your wheels)?

Get some Poorboy's World "Spray and Rinse"

I could have taken a tooth brush to get in the smaller areas, but wasn't to concerned with them at the time.
Literally all you do is wet the wheel, spray on and let sit for a few and rinse off. Easy peasy and works so well, as you can see.
