what is a good brand of hubs?

The wife's 04 is having the abs issue, and so I am in search of a new front hub. I've seen a lot of threads about it, but most of them are ending up with the new bearing being replaced again.
So what brand should I get? I see almost everyone puts warranties on them, which is fine and dandy, but i also don't feel like tearing out a hub every couple months.
Thanks.

SKF or MOOG are great.

I'll be honest here, it's always a toss up on how long it will really last. I work in a shop and 9/10 bearings are problem free but you get those select few that burn up again in 10-30k miles. We buy napa skf bearing for nearly everything because of quality and the warranty.

I was leaning towards Moog. My next issue, is coming up with the right part number. Rockauto has quite a few different ones, but I'm not sure which one to get.

Just get em locally from advance.. Order online.. Use a coupon codes. No shipping... Easy exchange returns.. Depends if you have abs or not. Then you choose the right one.

^^^Exactly what I did, advance carries Moog with a 3-year warranty. Both the red and the black Impalas have these new bearings. About $100 each with discount codes.

Depends on what you want. If you like spending money for a name you can or as I did I went with Detroit Axel. Both front hubs with ABS for about $50 .I have over 7k on them with out of town trips and no problems.

Good Question... My bearings are good I'm having problems with the ABS/Traction control sensor. I'm thinking AC delco or Moog or O'reillys lifetime ones.
Let us know how it works out for you.
