What headers should I go with?

I have a 97 GTP coupe that I am putting on stands to start tuning. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good (50 state legal) header set? Also, am I better going 2 1/2" or 3" on this application? I am planning on running a 3.4" pulley. Any feedback will help.

Most aren't legal at all.

TOG's are the only ones that are legal.

But isn't the whole legality in the states a joke?

TOG's are CARB legal, not SLP's.

Who cares about CARB compliance anywho. No one but California really cares because their just a bunch of pansies.
