what else do i need with a downpipe and other questions

What else do I need to buy with a downpipe? the car is a 98 gtp. I know the basic stuff like cai and plugs and such but I just wanna know like what do I all need to buy with a downpipe to get running good. I already read the thread on pulley dropping and I understand I can't just rush with putting a pulley.
 


if you plan on going anywhere past bolt ons and a 3.4 setup just get headers right away.

however, if you're just going for a few parts to make it quicker than a downpipe is a good choice. you'll need gaskets for both ends of it, but other than that you won't need anything else. get a bolt in pipe and you'll be set.
 
a bolt in pipe would come with one, other than the ubend being deleted idk if youll get much out of a dp with your stock cat.. just make sure you buy a bolt in cat with the gaskets and make sure it has the bung for the O2 sensor and youll be set
