What do you guys think about this?



i would think it will need a rebuild soon anyway. its just territory for the gtp. but 1400 isnt bad. body looks good from pics. if no rust its worth the chance. figure 2 grand give or take when it goes. test drive it. make sure its around 2000 rpm at 70 mph. do a car fax to make sure mileage is right. i have one you can use actually.
 
you can nickle and dime it down. find its flaws and point them out. take it to a shop have them put it on a lift for a quick check. cost you 20 bucks or so. tie rods, hubs.....check engine light. exhaust leak somewhere, struts, axles. on a car that old and someone who didnt baby it, you will find these things, if not all of them. i just bought one matter of fact--01. 15 bucks saved me 400 when i told her the shop said so. i could have found them but having the shop gives you cred. people usually like to do the right thing.
 
Thanks for the input guys. I'd scoop it up but I went to check it out today and it's just made of rust and there was sludge in the coolant. Someone had to have mixed dex and green.
