What do I need to change to put a 2006 motor in a 2004? N/A



If both motors are N/A like you say, its pretty much a 100% direct swap.

There should be no changes in sensors from the 2 years.


Some things could be replaced while the motor is waiting to go in though. Like check to see if the intake gaskets are metal and not plastic and make sure the rear main seal is not leaking.
 
I thought it was the rear cover that leaked, not so much the seal itself??

I'd do valve cover gaskets/grommets too. New return line on the PS pump maybe as well.
