Ok so today my bro got into an argument with this guy and his girl. My bro was coming up to his car pretty quick but doing the speed limit. The guy slows down all the way and the. At the last sec he turns on his signal. He did not even move over to the side to make the turn he turns right from the far left side of the right lane. Then as my bro passes the guy flips him off. My bro stops backs up to him and they start arguing my bro said to let's go if you want to start something. The guy is all like You were going to hit my car. The guy says he wants to "respect his lady" and not do anything and then the guy says ill get my "glock". And then my bro jokes and say ill get mine too. Then the lady starts to say ill ya a pic of your license plate and blah blah blah.

What can they do with our license plate number and what trouble can we get in and how do we defend against it?

your word against theirs... Unless guns were ACTUALLY brandished I would not worry too much.. I would have gotten out and pissed on his car till he GOT OUT to fight me.. THEN beat his ass and pissed on him....
 
They can't do ****. The guy said he'd get his gun first. He has no proof what was said. Don't worry about it. Go home, kick back, get drunk and pass out.
 
Doesn't mean a thing... But once your bro backed up and initiated the confrontation he became the aggressor. If something other than words had happened, he'd be in the S**t...

Unless of course as mentioned, there were no witnesses, lmao!

If I could offer advice:

Just remember, the loudest can is usually empty!
Next time give the bird and drive on with point delivered!

If someone else gets aggressive, say nothing, do what you gotta do and leave as you came.
If caught, say even less until your attorney can talk for you!

they cant do anything...unless he or u have a dash cam and shows the incident neither of u can do anything...only time ive ever gotten out of the car to confront a guy is when the some douche called my mom a *****..dont nobody mess with my mama lol ..

your plates are registered to your car. If they called the cops, then they tell the license plate and a description of your car...cops can come lookin' for you and yadayadayada
 


So pretty much if cops were to come they would have came already? And yes thanks for the idea of just smiling and waving. My bro does a funny smile and wave that really pisses people off when they are all cussing and everything.
