What are these relays?

There are two relays under my hood that are not in the fuse box... one of them is attached to the divers side wheel well with a plastic clip I assume it's the secondary air injection system relay?

The second one is literally electrical taped to the wiring harness right next to the air filter box on the same side. I have no idea what this one is
