what are the screw plugs on the back of door panel called?

I only have a few of these little plastic screws holding my door panel onto the door thus not the tightest of fits.What are these little pieces called(they are white)? Where can i get more? Do you think junkyard might have some are should i get new ones?
 


Are you talking about the body pins between the door panel and the door?

Any parts store should have them new in bulk (I think they are packages of 12), I know every autozone I've been in does.
 
Door panel clips? just tell whoever you go to that you want the white pins that hold the door panel to the door. they'll know what your talking about
 


Thanks for the help.The passenger door is fine,its the driver door.Who ever owned it before me had taken it apart to get to the speaker,my friend helped me replace the speaker recently,there were like only six of those pins left so he did the best he could spreading them out.
