What am I missing? - Semi Pic Heavy

Got a Gen V and LIM, was told all these parts are basically dime a dozen.

Just wondering what all you guys see that I am missing, I know there's quite a bit.

Also, I'm slightly curious as to why some of these bolts seem to bolt to nowhere? This is a Gen V LIM right?

Also, had these bolts leftover, looks like they're the ones that bolt the Gen V to the LIM, not sure where the other one may go.

I plan on getting an L67 so I'm assuming some of these parts may come on the Gen III on the long block?

Can you guys let me know what I may be missing and what may not be compatible from the Gen III?

Well the first pic, that hole is for the coolant elbow. I recommend aluminum ones.
the 2,3rd pics show a missing BBV and vac tree
4th pic shows the EGR tube. looks like it might be blocked off...
5th pic looks like the other end of where the shaft was drilled it install the butterfly for the BBV. it is prob sealed inside.
the last pics. the studs are for your fuel rail. the extra bolts are probably for MAP bracket and EVAP.
