weird sound when i turn the wheel...

ok, so i noticed this a while ago, but never thought anything of it. when im leaving a parking spot and start to slowly move with my wheel turned it seems at a certain point it hits a spot that makes a load click or pop. well now it still does that like normal, but the other day i noticed it now makes a new noise sometimes. almost like something is rubbing. it only makes the sound when im going so slow like parking/leaving a spot. when im going down the road i dont hear anything. and around the same time i noticed the new sound my car seems to run little rough like a tire is low. i checked my tires for air/ anything stuck in them. all seems fine by looks. since tires seem fine, my thinking is bad struts or motor mount? would one of them going bad do that? :confused:

and i just realized this might have been better to put under the handling section. sorry, i'd move it if i could.... but i cant (as far as i know) but also since i have no real idea whats causing the noise.... not sure if it is either of my two idea's

might be a power steering pump going out, or maybe a cv joint...not gonna be cheap either way though. I'd have it checked out by a midas or some kind of auto shop for an estimate.

Could be a wheel bearing too, Ive heard them pop as you described and they can also make a growling type noise when they are going bad.
 
any way to check if the bearing is going bad? i'm pretty sure its not the steering pump. i replaced that not to long ago.
