Weird slipping issue

I have a 2004 GTP that's displaying a slipping issue that's kind of unusual.. Compared to the other complaints ive been reading.. My transmission slips when its cold, but after it warm up, it shift fine.. If I start to drive it while cold, it will slip.. But once the transmission temperature rise over 80, it shifts fine.. Sometimes it will slip until it bangs, then once it bangs, its fine for the rest of the day.. If it sits for a while, it goes through this whole process all over again.. Also, if I put my foot on the brake, while revving the engine, then go into drive its fine..
 


Exactly my issue. And it will get worse quickly if you dont fix it asap.
Dont try to change fluid and filter it will only make it worse(already tried it)
I have been having this issue for a year now and it now very bad. Pricing out rebuilds in my area because scared it won't last much longer
 
I have been experiencing a few problems wit my transmition, when accelerating it will hold a gear for a long period of time, even after letting off the gas? It will not shift till about 60 kmph if feathering throttle, when it shifts it drops to 1300 rpm or it will rev up to 4 grand if I still try to moderately accelerate then shifts. If I accelerate quick or drive her hard the time I go to pass someone she cuts out, dies basically looses power 50/50 it stalls and wont start until I turn the key off and open the door?
