Weird noise on take off, after first start

Hi guys, I have a weird sound coming from what sounds like the front driver side tire, nothing to do with the tire it sounds very weird i'm thinking something to do with power steering cause my car does have that famous PS sound even tho its full, Also one more thing my car ALSO has a clunk when taking off from a stop, i'm thinking Axle for some reason.. Any ideas? Thanks
