weather stripping

Alright so on my 08 grand prix I was wiping it off after I washed it and when I went to dry off the weather stripping around the windows there were scratches once I got done from rubbing a little too hard. It's not the actual weather stripping but it's the shiny black rubber around the windows. Is there anyway I can get those scratches out? If not it's no big deal.
