So I placed an order on friday and I was thinking by atleast today they would have sent me and email with the tracking number and what not. I sent them an email to custmer service but no return.. I was just wondering if anyone has ordered from them and how their service was:th_scratchhead:. Thanks!
 


I tried to deal with them and prob never will again. their service is a joke. they dont even have a number you can call only email. they will answer your emails but usually take a bit and then really arent much help. i bought headgaskets, lim gaskets, wheel bearings, thermo, tie rod ends, and a sc gasket. First they lost my stuff after about 2 weeks i emailed them an they finally found it at their local post office with a torn label or something. then i finally got my stuff they packaged it terribly. threw everything in one box. when i got it the headgaskets were bent and the sc gasket was torn. i tried to send them pictures and an email about it. they replied to them an said they couldnt see the pictures even when i tried a few diff formats. then they said they would put me on a list or somethin an send me new ones. never happened! i gave up an bought new gaskets elsewhere.
 
they are more of a distributor of things rather than a dealer of parts for us. i bought a set of headers from them (S&S) and i didnt have a really bad time with them because i knew they had to send out my headers to get coated before i could get them. they didnt stock them coated, i guess.

I have dealt with them as well. They are nortorious for sending out a tracking number to you after your sale has been completed, but then you have to wait for days, if not weeks in some cases cause they NEVER stock any parts at their company. Like others have said, they are a middle man plain and simple. Sure they have some "custom" parts that are onsite, but almost everything on that site is ordered from somewhere or someone else and has to be shipped either to them or from that other location to you.

And yes their CS is lacking, to put it politely.
 


I've had good luck with WBS, Mike has always been good to me and has taken care of me very well.

But thats my experiance with my 5 or so orders through them. And yes, there definatly a middle man company...
 
I try not to buy anything from them anymore, ever since my GMPP strut bar came in the mail without a box, all scratched up from being thrown around in the delivery truck. Not to mention it took a month to receive.
