Well, thanks to all those who helped me figure out parts and stuff, the lower intake manifold gaskets have been replaced.

At 164k miles, that is the cleanest inside of a motor I have seen. Car runs fantastic, idles nice again and feels like a lot more power again. I know I had a pretty bad vaccumm leak.
