I have a 1992 Grand Prix SE with the factory (UX1) AM/FM cassette with equalizer and steering wheels controls. My radio has power but nothing works. The clock has all zeros on it and I can turn it on and off but nothing else functions. I would like to upgrade it to a factory (U1A) CD player. I don't know what other radios will work so if you have any information about what will work or you have one that you would be willing to sell let me know. I would go with an aftermarket but have never liked the way the adapter plates look. Any information or photos of what you have done on your car would be appreciated.
