• The site migration is complete! Hopefully everything transferred properly from the multiple decades old software we were using before. If you notice any issues please let me know, thanks! Also, I'm still working on things like chatbox, etc so hopefully those will be working in the next week or two.

I've always been a v8 rwd type of guy (still am). I've had 3 new edge mustang gt's,a 1993 Camaro z28,and my last car was a 1998 corvette. I work as a mechanic so I get to experience lots of different vehicles. Without realizing it I always thought w-body's were pretty cool. I remember seeing the last gen grand prix when it first came out and thought they were pretty cool. I've driven regals, lesabres, grand prix's, intrigues, etc. but never thought of owning one. I now have an 04 comp g and it's different than what I'm used to but it's still cool. I secretly like w-bodies Lolz. I wouldn't call it my "dream car" but it's not bad.

i have a fluctuating love hate relationship with my car.
i love it, get in it, try to pass someone, cant because slow as tits, then i hate my car.

I like them because they are cheap, look pretty cool still and you can crush people around town with all the low end torque. I cruise on the highway cuz they suck balls at high speeds - acceleration & handling unless modified

i secretly like them because up to a certain extent they are cheap for the power you can make.

beyond 12s they are a useless platform and should only be for the low and slow crowd. oh wait, that's me. ****.

I've been a W-body fan since 97. Owned a 97, 98 and 03. I spent 4 months looking for the 03 I have now (Because I'm not a fan of the 04+). Just have always liked the looks of them. Never had any major issue with any of them, besides being a drunk driver magnet. Put 130K on the 97, drunk driver put me into the wall. Put 30K on the 98, drunk driver crossed the median and caused a motor relocation mod. The 03 I've had for 6 years and put 16k on it. It is a garage queen. Hoping it doesn't suffer the same fate.

I have had my grand prix since 07, and my next car will probably be a grand prix as well. I love them because they pretty much last forever and in my experiences are tanks. It doesnt take much in exterior modifications to make them stand out either. I do miss my firebird alot though.
