This is the 4th email Ive sent these people to get my new harness because mine is guessed to be defective... so far, 10 days no head lights....

That's pretty crappy support. I personally have never had a problem with them as far as quality. I did have to call once to confirm shipment because it was saying still processing order after 3 days. Hope you get it resolved. Like I said I've ran 3 sets of theirs with no issues. Nick has probably ran 6 or so sets and a few buddies of mine have them as well.

Says everything. I personally would of just forked over $15 and get another harness and buy somewhere else.

This right here is why I have never bought HIDs. Support Sylvania, an American company with great customer support!
 


Its very hard to understand these ppl and even harder to get them to understand you. Ive went with them for a long time now on multiple cars. Once you get ur point across they do pretty good. (Even gave me extra stuff like bulbs and ballasts, probably on accident) but it always seems to work out in my favor.) Lol
 
I ordered a kit one time, got it in and a bulb was broken. Sent it back to them, and they sent me two for my troubles. Hard for me to complain about them honestly.
