3 bucks of vinyl from the local sign shop . A very inexpensive fix for worn or chipped paint.

Because you can't paint Carbon Fiber!!! :th_jester:

True that tho, for just Gloss Black painting and clearing would be cheaper.

done that i have access to plenty of vinyl i was considering painting mine white when i painted my car but never did..

hey I'm a total newb so i have a few questions. 1. Do you have to remove them/ is that an easy thing to do? 2. Primer? 3. Recommended paint? It seems like the three bucks for vinyl is the way to go haha,

Didn't the OP say it was three bucks to wrap them? How is buying a quality can of paint cheaper than that? Sure you can get a can for a buck at walmart, but that I assure you is crap paint.

I think 3 bucks for vinyl is a killer Idea.

From GPONA how to remove... this picture should help. It would be easier to just tape off and repaint, but better quality if you just remove, sand, paint, and put back on.

Painted mine over 1 year ago with engine enamel I had laying around. Still looks fantastic. I dont agree with vinyl, my old mazda 3 had that and it was beginning to rust under it.
