Video Compression Question

Ok I made my first GP Video using Adobe CS3 Premiere. And the video size is 643mb. Obviously this is way to big to post on UTube or any other site really. What are the best tools to compress the video to a more reasonable size???

Any help would be great!!!

I would think Premiere CS3 would be able to do that. The last time I used Premiere (long before CS3) it was able to compress the output.
