VATS after engine swap

I put a SC 3.8 into an SE along with engine wire harness and computer, will I need to just do a key relearn or swap the ignition cylinder over to the SE so the computer and key match.
 


you will, cause your changing the pcm to a new one.

if getting a canned tune its a quick simple key on for 10 seconds and off, then it will crank. stock security learn is key to run for 10 minutes 3 times if your just swapping the pcm from another car.
