various tuners compatablity possiably?

I'm looking to go from a HPT file to a DHP file. Is this possible without corrupting the pcm file on the transfer? Would tunercats make it possible to go between tuning platforms?
 


If you have a HPT file.. THere are a few people that know how to decript it into a BIN file.... but its unlikely they will help you. Easiest thing to do is just read the file off the PCM with DHP.
