Vacuum line routing..

I'm re doing my vacuum lines after my I/C install from years ago. Just want to clean them up without lines running all over the price.

I bought a vacuum manifold like this

I understand I can use the small ports for my boost gauge, map,BBV etc.

Can I take the big brake booster line off the top of the blower and hook it too the big inlet on the vacuum manifold I just bought? Will everything work right?
If not I don't understand what that would be used for..
