vacuum leak or bad egr

i got a rebuilt 3800 sc and it has rough idle it has the vs cam in it and it shows on my scanner code 300 misfire i open the egr and the car stayed running did not effect it and i also unplugged the maf sensor still ran i also have the phelunic spacer between the blower and the lower intake does any body have clue
