Vacuum Leak Help

I have an '02 grand prix and I think it has a vacuum leak. When I start it the RPMs rise and drop a little bit and sometimes it idles higher than normal. Also i dont know if this is related but after the car is turned off if you try to start it again it cranks a couple of seconds before starting. I tried spraying brake cleaner to find the leak but had no success. What are all the parts/lines that I should be spraying? Could it be something else? there are no codes in the engine. Thanks for any help
 


I checked the Vacuum line on the regulator and there wasn't any fuel in there. Is there something else I should check with it? Is it something else?
 
If you have a vacuum pump you can apply vacuum to the regulator and see if it holds vacuum. If it drops off you need a new reg.
