vacuum at idle?

Does anyone know what the normal manifold vacuum reading on the 3.8 supercharged engine would be at idle? I think the manifold might have a vacuum leak somewhere but I cant hear it and the idle doesnt change when I spray carb cleaner. The vacuum gauge shows about 16 "Hg and I think this is kind of low. The engine has no mods, completely stock.
