using vinyl protected on dashboard

I used NU-VINYL on my dash, it made it look great but I noticed a "haze" on my inside front window afew days after using it and I'd clean the haze off with Windex , then it would be back but not as bad , afew days later. Eventually after the initial NU-VINYL treatment the haze issue stopped, but the dashborad still looks great.
Is this haze from this product use?
Is there any vinyl product that does not do this?

ive been using meguiars natural shine for quite a few years and havent had that problem.

More than likely from the product outgassing on to the glass.
