Upper Reveal Molding Replacement on Drivers Side Door

I need to replace the reveal molding on my drivers door as the rubber is all broken and torn away and leaks badly whenever it rains. I figured this would be a simple fix but i can’t for the life of me get the old reveal molding off. I figured it would just be pinned down to the door similar to door panels but is that not the case?? Any suggestions appreciated. P/N is 10321355 for reference.
