Upper Insert Installation

Hello everyone!

I read http://www.grandprixforums.net/safely-modding-your-3800-powered-car-17482.html
And decided I want to install the ZZPerformance Exclusive HV3 Upper Insert.

My problem is:
except for changing my oil I really don't have any experience working on engines. I understand them, I've just never worked on them and some of the technical terms are lost on me.
I tried the search function (so please don't kill me if there is already a thread about this) but I'm looking for a walk-through on installing this. I've seen some people list the steps involved in doing this, but never how to do it. (i have a 2005 N/A).

IE: People say remove this bit, remove that bit, but never explain how to do so/what that bit is.
If there isn't a guide, I would appreciate a link to some kind of reference/manual that could help me.
