underhood relay center/ voltage to fuel circuit

does anyone know if the underhood relay centers are year specific? In my attempt to fix my fuel problem I have discovered that my fuel pump fuse on my 2001 gtp isnt getting power. Gm techs believe it may be the circuit board inside the center.

big surprise, cant find a 2001 in the junkyard and non s/c cars are totally different.

Next question, does anyone know what voltage the pcm is supposed to send to the fuel pump relay circuit? I thought it was 5 volts for only 2 seconds but I'm probably wrong.

so far just by looking at the fuse/ relay diagrams on the box covers they are different. Give me a lil bit and I'll take a photo of mine and explain/compare.

well I do have power going to the fuel pump fuse on the relay center, pcm is sending a constant 12v signal when the key is on....I have not checked at the pump yet, want to figure this 12v signal out first.

When I plug my incence pcm in, the relay center itself whines. Still looking for a replacement.

Going to have both my pcms checked locally to see if anything is fried.

If the relay itself isnt switching to open or if the circuit is fried on the relay box, will the pcm keep sending that signal? This thing is driving me insane.

Pictures are coming I promise, been busy.

had the incense pcm checked, and it is bad. Called them and they would swap the tune i had on mine onto another pcm for 100$.
Dont really care, the tune sucks but its enough for the car to run until i get ahold of my tuner. Either way I need a pcm.
