Turn Signal Stalk issues?

My internment wipers will not work on Low (always goes to high) and my washer pump will not work.

Swapped in a new washer pump but still not working.

Guessing I may just need to replace the stalk?
 


I am going to have to replace mine as well. My headlights stay on bright unless I hold the stalk in the right position

I am worried how hard of a job it is. Anyone ever replaced one? How hard is it?
 
Get a new indicator stalk. RockAuto has them. Should fix problems for both of you. Also, check you fuses. Y'know just in case.
