So earlier today i noticed my front signal lights were being kinda weird

Since i dont have pictures i'll try a paintby numbers explanation...
Right 321- 123 left
1 being headlights, both work fine. So irrellevant
2 being turning lights?
3 being hazards?
My right side hazard is gone , but i knew that, so its not a big deal.
Right side turn lamp is always on, (which i assume it should be) but occasionally doesnt flash, although rare.
My left side turn lamp just recently decided to not work as a running light, so it stays off, but it works fine when turning.
Left hazard is always on, works fine though
So, any tips or things to try before i go out and buy bulbs and relays?
Also as a side question, anyone know why my lights and horn would randomly quit when locking/unlocking from the keyfob?
