Tuning a l67 with air to air I/c and blow thru setup

Looking for someone to shed some onsight on tuning difficulty with a blow thru setup with a a2a core and m90 with a blow thru setup. What would need to be down with the boost bypass valve, is it replaced by the blow off valve? Also how much tuning would need to be done with a a2a and blow thru??

i think if u leave the bbv alone you wont need a blowoff valve as it wont make boost unless it is closed not sure on the tuning part of it looks sick though should put on on the other side for looks LMAO
 
PCV may cause issues if you are using the throttlebody before the MAF sensor.. If it causes issues try plugging it if you didnt have to with the air/air. Pics would help.
 
It'll go maf then tb, elimination of bbv replaced with bov would readings be the same before the supercharger and after in using a fmic, roots blowers don't actually compress any air cores t so flow should be same draw threw vs blow thru??

BBV wouldnt make a difference either way. just because air loops around the blower doesnt mean any more or less air is coming into the system. You just need to measure net draw into the motor as effectively as possible which isnt hard at all. You'll never need a blow off as there is no air pushing against a throttle blade.. The only reason people use blowoffs is to not bend throttle blades and prevent turbo compressor surge... you have no risk of either.

I noticed you have another thread regarding this.. and if you are worried about the driveby internet naysayers saying its impossible to tune these.. i would probably wait and see myself. From experience I would say that a maf sensor responds the best when it is placed as close as possible to the intake valves... Without that you will want to introduce what we would call an "interp" or "AE" factor on the throttle position which will compensate for the now "measurable" pressure lag you would have with a massive intake plenumn.
