Tune up in the near future

I'm going to be doing a tune up here in the near future. It's on an 03 Grand Prix SE 3.1. Has less than 60k miles. I was wanting to do plugs, air filter, maybe better wires. So first question, what plugs are best for this engine? Plug wires? I can choose a filter. And the second question, should I do anything else? Fuel filter, trans filter, etc? I need to get the old dexcool out for sure, so I'm just going to run Preston green. Thanks for any input.

For The 3.1 I would get the following. Iridium Plugs (you will never have to change again), Delco wires, Fuel filter (may be a pita depending on rust), Air filter (performance drop in if wanted).
Do a seafoam intake cleaning, clean the Maf and throttle body, run a can of seafoam in a half tank of fuel before changing the fuel filter. The following is from rockauto.com look for a coupon code online for 5% off. they are always available.
