Trunk Board Help

Well I found I have some mold or fungus under the carpet and the trunk board is toast. I need to clean it out and replace this bad. I dont know how that happened, but if anyone knows where I can get a replacement I would appreciate it. Or if someone is in Houston that could allow me to trace theirs so I can cut one out of wood would be nice as well.
