I have an 04 gtp i installed hid headlights in it with no problem. I then installed hid fogs 35w. Both foglights worked for about 10 mins and then one of them went out. A few days later the other light went out. The bulbs and ballasts both seem fine. Fuses are fine. Also one of my turn signals shorts out sometimes too. Does this have anything to do with not having a relay harness. Help me out
